Mom’s Night Out (June 2023)

Our Mom’s Night Out event is for everyone who fits into a mother’s role - moms of newborns, moms of toddlers, moms of teenagers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and those still pregnant with their little ones. It is a chance to celebrate motherhood (and take a little break from it too!), make new friends and let your creativity loose! Invite your girlfriends, invite your mom, invite your neighbour!

Our June 2023 Mom’s Night Out features an evening dedicated to self-care, stress management, and celebrating motherhood. Certified life coach and registered social worker, Sarah Reckman (see below), will share practical insights on managing stress and maintaining balance as a mom. Enjoy a DIY bath tea activity led by Hello Maker and mingle over drinks and snacks, connecting with fellow moms who understand the joys and challenges of parenting.

Limited spaces available. Reserve your spot today to invest in your well-being and connect with a supportive community of moms.

About Sarah

Sarah is the founder of Sarah Reckman & Co. and host of The Wholehearted Mom Podcast.

She is a registered social worker and certified life coach. More importantly, she is a mom of two who knows how it feels to be completely drained with nothing left to give.

As a career-driven mom she has a passion for the work she does. This means she needed to find a way to feel balanced, manage stress, set boundaries, and create systems that serve her and her family.

Now she is here to share all that she has learned with you!
